Meet our team

Jamie Brady joined ACCEL Schools in 2019 with over 20 years of experience as a K-12 educator, principal, director, charter school authorizer, and educational consultant. As Regional Vice President at ACCEL Schools, she oversees leadership development, instructional programming, operations, and strategic planning for multiple schools in Southern Ohio. Mrs. Brady holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University, a Master’s degree and Principal Certification in Educational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, and has completed all of her Ed.D. coursework through Walden University.  Mrs. Brady is an experienced leader with expertise and demonstrated mastery in coaching and development, budgeting and finance, instructional leadership, school turnaround, and board relations.  

North Bend STEM Academy is proud to welcome David Jones as its new principal. With more than 17 years of school leadership experience across Kentucky and international American-curriculum schools, Mr. Jones brings a rare combination of classroom roots, STEM expertise, and a proven record of building strong schools from the ground up. A licensed K–12 principal, Mr. Jones began his career as a mathematics teacher and holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Northern Kentucky University, along with a master's in Principal Preparation. That foundation in math and problem-solving makes him a natural fit to lead a school built around science, technology, engineering, and hands-on discovery. Throughout his career, Mr. Jones has specialized in launching and strengthening schools. He most recently served as a founding head of school for a new K–8 campus, and earlier led Mason-Corinth Elementary in Grant County, Kentucky, where he guided the school to measurable academic gains in a single year. His leadership consistently centers on the whole child pairing high expectations with strong support systems, data-informed instruction, positive behavior practices, and a culture where every student feels safe, known, and challenged to grow. Just as important to Mr. Jones is partnership with families. He has built welcoming school communities throughout his career, including dedicated outreach and support for Spanish speaking families, and he believes students thrive when home and school work as one team. Mr. Jones is honored to join the College Hill and Mt. Airy communities and to help the young learners of North Bend STEM Academy build the confidence, curiosity, and skills they'll carry for a lifetime.
